Just last Saturday, Calvary Youth held its usual Amazing Race like how it did some 4 years ago. Yeap, you heard it right, four years ago! And hey, I was there too! Hee. It was still at the same venue - the Bukit Jalil park. Well, it was still as challenging as it was 4 years ago; referring to the uber many flights of steps across the whole park, the up and downs of each hill, not forgetting the steepness of it all. It was, without a doubt, one big park that led us in a circle. Wuwheee O.o

My team back then was not that bad but we really got lost in the park which left me with a very bad impression after it all. So this year, I worked towards winning! Haha, that clearly didn't happen, pfft. But I had an awesome-possum team! Like seriously. Hahaha. I think we did very well :) Yay! It was guaranteed that, that was our most exercise-ful day ever in the whole year (or for the rest of the year)! *grin*

Moving on to today, it's already Merdeka eve and some three lovely girlfriends are flying away. That'll definitely be Azy, Tab and Jac. Oooh, my heart aches and will definitely miss you three heaps :( Anyway since Azy and Tab's gonna be coming back in December, I shall wait! Hehe.

I am not, I repeat not desperate to get married and stuff. It's just that I really want to get married by 25 (it's like my best proposed age for marriage), so please don't take it wrongly. Pfft. Orientation today was alright, though I didn't think much of it, I was impatient and wanted to leave almost immediately. Well I know that I'm surrounded by many familiar faces in BPsych. Bumped into Chloe today, it's so amazing how the world can be so small. Haha, HELP in particular. Visited the HMC people today and they're happy happy people. :) They pretty much made my day with the various smiles and surprised faces to see me around, haha. Awesomeness.

I caught Wall.E at the movies today and it was really cute. Hee, I want an Eve or a Wall.E all to myself now! I found the movie too adorable, haha. I was full of "ooh so cutes, awws, ohhs, yer so adorableee" statements throughout. Haha, even if I was being ignored, I still said it to myself =p Hee. Eve reminds me of a penguin and Wall.E reminds me of.. of.. I honestly thought of it before but I can't remember it now =\ The whole drama of Wall.E wanting to hold Eve's hands throughout the movie was really cute and sweet, hehe. :) Everyone say awww now! Spending the whole afternoon in KL today was awesome. Retail therapy is simply the most satisfying therapy ever. Ahaks, shopping much? Wait, or is it too much? I'd think its the latter, hee. It's like you get the cravings to shop, and once you satisfy that craving, it either leaves you wanting for more or even more (in most cases).

Thinking about spending the whole day in KL, I'm more than willing to go back downtown again. It's splendid. Then again, the thought that money doesn't grow on trees dampens my spirit of doing so. Pfft. Anyhow, cos of today, I'm a happy girl ;) Hmm, hee.

The coming week marks my last few days of holidays and the new semester starts! A brand new and fresh start! I'm excited but dreading the early classes and the getting-stuck-in-the-jam-everyday routine. Yea you got it right, every day. To live in Subang is like living right smack in the middle of a jam central. It's stressful but Subang really is a nice place to stay :) I like. The convenience *grin* of getting around, is too convenient (in a good way) ;D

I had plenty of time today to catch 21 on dvd :) I kinda liked it, but it was not that awesome. Its not too bad, I'd say. But somehow Kate Bosworth caught my attention, haha. Pfft, Orlando Bloom's ex. Hmm :) Hahaha. The movie is all about blackjack, card-counting, Vegas, getting into trouble, friendship and I guess that it's more of attitude and lessons to be learnt ;) Hahaha. Lessons like, don't let your emotions take over and keep your focus. Else, things are gonna get ugly yo.

Anyways, I don't know if I'm the only one but during my sem breaks, I keep getting weird feelings. Feelings like, having assginments not completed, datelines and such. And it's the holidays. Sometimes I even wake up in the middle of the night thinking of my past work and get all panicky and only to realize that it's all over. Haha. Someone please tell me I'm not the only one. It gets too freaky sometimes, pfft. Oh wells. Okay that was really some random stuff.

The whole afternoon at home was spent on watching Definitely, May Be and I really enjoyed it. I tend to get attached to some characters in the movie and actually do empathize them. Funny how that works out.

This movie is basically about a father who's in the midst of a divorce, telling his daughter about her mom and his past love life. Pretty much how the best friend becomes the one for him after two major near-engagement heartbreaks. Even so, it doesn't come as easy as it deems to be. Only after some years of realization and mistakes, did that come to pass.

It's sweet and very light-hearted. Ryan Reynolds is quite a charmer too ;) It was really really enjoyable. All these movies make me wanna go to New York all the more! [ Rachel, bring me to NY with youuu ] Quite an interesting Friday afternoon with nothing much to do. Not to mention, I totally pigged out on Milo. Haha.

The very first day of my holidays was spent with Azalea :) We headed down to Central Market and got soaked in the heavy rain. It was fun, nevertheless. We were pretty much very Malaysian today and it was interesting. Haha.

I finally got to watch Sex And The City. I must say that I personally like it except for some scenes in the movie. Ahaks, I guess the storyline is very down to earth kinda thing. Haha, not to mention that I was really excited during the whole marriage part (you know, me and marriages, haha!) except when it didn't happen :( Pfft! It was expected but still, my heart broke for her. Haha, I feel you girl! =p Hehe. It was amusing how Azy and I could identify ourselves and some other people, in their roles. Hahaha. Her dress was gorgeous, seriously! *faints* The part where she paraded the wedding gowns, ooooh so lovely! It was sweeeet and niceee and and hmm, lovely! :) I lovelovee weddings! :D Really!

I went for Passion last night! :) It was awesome and I totally enjoyed myself! Well, I'm sure that I would have regretted not going if I didn't go. But thats not the issue, haha, cos I went! Yay!

Anyway I was excited about it because Chris Tomlin and Louie Giglio was gonna be there. Basically I knew about Louie Giglio through one of his sermons - Indescribable, and I totally loved it. It was really really good, you should give it a listen :) From that sermon of his, came along the song Indescribable by Chris Tomlin, which is equally as awesome as the sermon as well. The lyrics says it all.

Well, he sang the song last night! :D I've always wanted to sing it somewhere again(okay except singing it to myself) but there wasn't any opportunity at all and last night, I had the opportunity. Awesome :) The message by Louie was really good as well. Aiyo, I keep repeating myself again and again about how awesome the whole thing was. *blush*

But really, it was awesome :) I'm so thankful I went despite being in the midst of my finals. Hee. Oh, not forgetting that I met my school friends there too! Woooha! :D Haha, it's been almost a year and I finally got to see em' :) It was real good, really. Hehe.
